Stage 1: You complete an online assessment that assess your listening and typing skills. Stage 2: You record video answers for STAR format questions through one way video interview. You get time to practice before you record your answer for the question. Stage 3: You talk on the phone with a recruiter and they explain the position more and you tell them if you're still interested. Stage 4: You sign your offer, complete your background check.

The whole process took bout 2 months. I applied then took assessment. After the assignment I receive email notification that I was moving to next step which was a video interview where you record your responses and then submit them. After that I was sent a email advising date and time for interview. On the date I then had a 1 hour phone conference interview. A week later I received a phone call saying instructions would be emailed to me from HireRight on where to do background and drug screen.
