Online Pre- employment testing. Took about an hour to do the testing online. Do the testing in a quiet place because you will get timed for speed, and accuracy. Phone interview took longer than I expected. Approx. 45 mins+ for the phone interview. Asked a lot of usual basic interview questions, but you have to elaborate on a lot.

Where do you see yourself with the company in 5 years?
Long and unnecessary. Once you get in it gets a lot more simple. Kind of annoying not sure I think they have to make a quota but the test are easy. Drug test necessary

Interview
The interview was over the phone and it lasted a little over an hour. The interviewer wasn’t high pressure at all. I’m fast, the person that interviewed me was really nice. There were some STAR formatted questions though.
