Was sent a link to engage in a digital interview. You have about 1-2 minutes each to record yourself answering about 6-7 questions. This format is not ideal. If the particular question does not exactly match your experience, you do not have the chance to interact with a real person to ask a clarifying question. I believe companies that use this format risk losing highly qualified candidates. Please consider a phone call or a live virtual meeting.

I don't recall the exact questions. Things like...tell me a time when you had to make a decision on behalf of an executive because he was not available.

Long, drawn out process. Learned after being hired that this is the way the office operates in general. Submitted resume beginning of August. Was hired October 30th. Totally depends on the Agent you are interviewing with.
