I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Starlink (Bastrop, TX)
Interview
Great recruiting team and management. Straightforward interview. A mix of technical, personality, and culture questions / conversation. I went prepared and had a fantastic rapport with the interviewing manager. Overall a great experience. Regarding offer, I can only select "No" at this time, but it is a nuanced "Not yet".

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Starlink (Dubai) in Sep 2024
Interview
It was an online panel interview without camera turned on from their end. They asked questions in relevance to my experience to the job description and gave me scenarios and asked what will be my response to those scenarios.

About my relevant experience to the job experience, they shared some scenarios and asked my response to those scenarios.
Recruiter reached out to ask if I was interested. I wasn't really but interviews are sparse so I thought, whatever sure. I was asked at least 3 or 4 times if I was okay with working long hours and weekends. I said sure if they pay enough. Had interview with hiring manager and it was awkward. He acted like I was lucky to interview despite having no team and THEM reaching out to ME. Interview was fine but did not end up proceeding. Intense process- two hiring interviews, technical assessment, and then flying out to west coast to interview in person, all for like $140K.
