Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to apply for an open role. We set up a phone screening for the very next day.
I never hear from her. I reached back out on LinkedIn saying so and asking if we could talk another time . She immediately called me saying I didn't provide my email so she wasn't able to add our meeting to her calendar and therefore forgot. But she never asked for my email, she specially asked for my phone for a phone call but, okay fine. The call was rushed, mostly gave me a quick overview of the company, because at this point I had another engagement so we scheduled a video interview for a few days later.
Fast forward to our interview. She was personable enough but a bit scattered and was just going through a list of questions. Was unable to answer most of the questions I had about the position which I get, HR isn't always privy to specific role responsibilities. She gave full overview of the company. Questions were run of the mill behavioral questions plus more about specific uses of software tools. Why I wanted to work at the company, etc.
After that she said she'd be moving me to next round and would reach out with a calendar invite. Didn't hear from her so reached out to see if next interview was still possible. No response, ghosted me.
