Interview
Pretty straight forward, talked about what the job entails and how your hours are given out at the store. Accepted because I did not have tenable employment at the time. Talked about how a lot of your hours are dictated on selling Staples warranty plans.
Sit down meeting with a manager and team lead. Asked questions to verify if I knew anything about tech. Did not ask about sales experience. That was the most challenging part of the job for me.

interview process is very simple and straightforward. They are making sure that you are comfortable approaching people. They also want to get to know you as a person and make sure that you are a good fit in the store.

How would you handle an upset customer in the store?
I had three interviews with three different managers. The first manager asked general questions, the second manager asked more specific training questions, and the third manager discussed more specific position questions.
