It was super easy because they just need people. I told them that I know how to sale and I was hired. They want you to meet the ASM and the SM but the ASM was not there when I went in. Training starts right away and they called me back the day that my background check cleared. They do need people right away when they post up ads.

The first interview was on the phone, it was pleasant. The second in person interview was simple with the General manager who asked me a basic question on how i would sell an item to a customer, essentially we did a role play.
