Interview
Normally you go through a few managers and potentially the district manager. You will have a 10-15 minute phone interview first, and then at least 2 in-person interviews is standard. Normally with the Services Manager then another interview with the General Manager. All depending on who is available. Once that is complete you may have another interview with the District Manager though that is not one hundred percent. The interviews can last anywhere from 5 minutes to 35/40 minutes.

The manager called me on Phone and did an interview on phone . Then I was set up for an interview with General Manager 1:1 . Then on 3 rd round i accepted the offer
