I have applied online and got a phone call from the recruiter. After the initial phone call, she scheduled the next round of phone interview in the next week. On the interview day, before 1 hour of the interview call, she emailed me mentioning she has to get more details from the hiring manager so she postponed the interview. Even after multiple follow up emails and phone calls, there was no reply from the recruiter.
