Started with HR phone interview. Lasted 1/2 hour. Followed by district manager 1.1 at local store. Lasted an hour.
Hired on the spot.
No drug test (which I think it’s horrible not to drug test)
Took HR about a week to get me officially in the store and training.

For Staples there was a job fair style interview where you choose a time to sit an speak with the Hiring Manager. It’s was basic not to difficult you need sales and strong management experience there.

Inconsistent, make sure to not be yourself, tell them what they want to hear like that you love metrics, developing people, and a fast pace environment, you say yes to everything and do not make dumb decisions, and you hold people accountable with the tools the company provides
