A call was made for one on one interview with Tech supervisor and Sales Manger then one more interview with store manager. Store manager right away gave me all the paperwork to sign and just like that I was hired

You go through two stages: the first part is done by the current sales manager, who will ask you about retail experience as well as your ability to perform any of your given tasks or duties. The second interview is done by the general manager of the store, who after being given the okay by the sales manager will confirm your ability to work as well as hours.
