One phone interview with a recruiter, two in person interviews with the area sales manager and the regional sales manager and one ride along with one of the B2Bs. They were spaced out and took a lot of time. I didn't get to start working until about 6 weeks after being offered the job.

How do you get to the decision maker when making a sale?

It was a long process. interviewed with recruiter, Then sales manager three times, Third time was with the Regional Sales Manager. Had to give a presentation on Staples and why I would be a good fit there. I had to follow up often. They never would call me first until I was being offered the position.

Multiple rounds with sales manager. These were pretty easy interviews and nothing was out of the ordinary. The final round interview also included the regional director. A sales presentation pitching why you would be a good fit was required.
