Interview, then demo lesson, then interview again. Relatively straightforward, but will preach the ‘we’re a family here’ verbiage. Don’t be suckered in. They will also cram you into a small room with 5-6 of the ‘management’ team, which is very uncalled for and can be intimidating for less confident people.

Will test you on subject matters. If successful, will invite you for a second round demo lesson with an actual class. If you pass that round then you’ll probably get the job.
