Nice process and except the managerial round. The manager want to listen to the exact answers which he has in mind, does not respect others point of view and experience. Someone needs to explain to him that these questions do not have right or wrong answers. Also small internal processes can be easily explained to a new joinee. Was rejected in this 4th managerial round , complete waste of time.
