I applied online. I interviewed at Spotify (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Aug 2020
Interview
A horrible experience overall. I sometimes felt like a number more than an actual person during the process. The interviews with management were nice but the communication with HR was lacking and you felt ignored.
After 3 month and 3 interviews I got a copy/paste message thanking me for applying and telling me I didn't get the position. Not cool
Process:
1. First quick call with HR
2. In-depth call with recruiter from HR
3. Interview with Team manager
4. Interview with Head of Department
I had to wait approximately 3 weeks between each step/interview with limited information and updates.
