Interview
30-minute HR call about motivations, cultural fit and general alignment + 30-minute interview with Head of Sales about experience, motivations, alignment. I don't know about the next steps has I've been stopped at the second stage. The Head of Sales is the classic condescending manager that pushes hard and doesn't give room for any mistake nor trasversal alignment, takes knowledge for granted and treats your with superiority.
