I applied through university. I interviewed at Spice Route Finance (Rohtak) in Sep 2022
Interview
Great interview. Straightforward questions about experience and knowledge in finance field, and article writing experience. They asked me about M&As and what my article writing experience entailed earlier during my college days.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Spice Route Finance (Visakhapatnam) in Feb 2021
Interview
There were 4 rounds. Except 3rd round, rest all were technical rounds only while 3rd is a HR round. All questions relate to the qualification & experience. Big drawback is that the HR is just working for name sake in the company. He/she rarely involves in the company activities & doesn't even stay in the office premises. Interview process seems to be two-way where employee's feelings are also given value but actually they don't, which we get to understand at a later point of time like me, I understood that when they offered me appointment but offered a salary package which is lesser than my expected salary which I expressed to the interviewer in each & every round. They just ask us about our expectation on the salary & just proceed with other questions. However, you should not assume that they are okay with that amount like me. Later when I questioned about offering lesser salary, I have received a rude response. The initial step itself wasn't positive, but I took a wrong decision to still join there.
