Was approached by a recruiter and asked to meet with firm that day. I agreed and scrambled to prepare as much as possible. Met CFO. Was easy to get along with - discussed experience, goals etc. Said they would be in touch to arrange a further interview. Was very keen. Unfortunately was ghosted. Followed up twice (with CFO and recruiter) but never heard back.
