I attended 2 rounds of interview. The CEO of the company judge my personality without even knowing me. He mentioned that this generation kids just sit at home playing video games when I never even played one. Not a very good environment to work is what I felt like

Interview
Just called by HR. Interview was not very good and did not seem to ask any questions that were relevant for the job position or related to assessing personality, cultural fit, and ability to align with the company's values/work environment.

Interview
Participated in a phone interview, I felt like it went very well and I was more than qualified for the position. At the end of the interview I was told I would be contacted later in the week to schedule an in person interview. Sent a post interview "Thank you" email restating my interest in the position that evening. Three weeks have passed and they have not contacted me or replied to that email. I would have appreciated an update either way and I think it is very rude to not inform an applicant that you will not be continuing with them after a screening interview.
