Speaking Proficiency Enhancement Program interview questions

Bate and switch, unprofessional, disrespectful. They posted a job for online business English teachers with set hours in the morning but then said the position is filled but I can let them know my availability and they will try to fill it but no guarantee but I have to stay committed to being open to those hours for 6 months regardless of whether or not they can be filled. Interviewer seemed gruff and unfriendly.
