Interview
It is smooth. But work afterwards can be changed . No proper guidance. Process is not concrete and can cause issues on performances. They need to standardized the process and then assign projects to employees.
The interview was easy. They asked me some behavioral questions like why I wanted to work there and what experience I had with Java and SQL. And they asked if I had front-end experience.

Interview
Signed up through on-campus recruitment. They emailed me very quickly and we set up a meeting for a phone screen. Very standard questions about Java/SQL. The interviewer was very friendly and straightforward.
