Interview
It was great. Very conversational. I enjoyed meeting all the people, and I can tell culture is very important to them. They really seem to value the employees, and I liked how the treated me as a person.
The interview process was well-structured and fairly straightforward. It began with an initial recruiter screen focused on background, experience, and overall fit. From there, candidates progressed to one or two rounds of interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional team members, where the conversations went deeper into project management experience, problem-solving approach, and communication style.
There was a clear emphasis on both technical competency and cultural fit. Candidates should be prepared to speak in detail about past projects, how they manage timelines, handle stakeholder communication, and navigate challenges or shifting priorities. Some behavioral questions were asked to understand working style and collaboration.
The process moved at a reasonable pace overall, though timelines between stages could vary. Communication from the recruiting team was generally consistent, and expectations for each step were clearly outlined.
