SparkCharge interview questions

Initially, they seemed interested in having an interview, but as time went on communications got flakey. When I had the interview, I felt the interviewers were disengaged. It seemed like they didn't care to fill the position anymore, which is fair but the process didn't leave me excited to try to apply again in the future.

It was a fast, clear, and communicative process. Applied online. First, I had a call with someone from the talent acquisition team. Second, I had a call with the hiring manager. Lastly, I had an in-person interview with a panel.
