CEO is also Founder. And a first-timer at both.
To be clear, the CEO does NOT schedule interviews. If she is interested, she just "calls you when she finds the time". Which is usually later in the evening - past 7PM EST - or it could randomly be in the AM. Or maybe just a text. You don't get to know when or how. You're just supposed to be ready.
This is more of a strange game and addiction for the "I love to win CEO" and less about running and scaling a successful company.
There is literally nothing scalable, sustainable or predictable for this company and its success.

Nothing special. It was all about "how much do you want for a salary" and "prove to me how much you want it" routine.

Get a phone call from C level staff on the weekend and a job offer a couple of days later in my inbox. Never saw their faces. This should have been a huge red flag as I was fired days upon starting, still didn’t even meet the team or hiring manager. Mind you I am a marketing veteran. I could see toxicity very quickly.

I had three steps of interviews and my advise is: do not waist your time doing tests and interviews for them. You will never get a response if you don’t get the job.
