I interviewed for a Machine Learning Engineer position at Span. The process involved two rounds — one with HR and one with someone from the engineering team. The HR interview was straightforward, mostly covering background, experience, and motivation. The engineering interview was more technical and focused heavily on machine learning concepts, with several in-depth questions that required solid understanding of core ML algorithms and practices. Overall, the process was professional and well-organized, though I did not move forward to the next stage.
