Apply and submit an application and resume online, you must be patient and wait at least a month or 2 before you get a response of any kind. They will either call you for a phone interview or they will email you a letter of declination. If you move on from the 10 minute phone interview they will will later on call you (about a week) to take you in for an in person interview.
