I applied online. The process took 11 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied for flight attendant position April 2015. In July 2015 I received a "to be continued" email stating they received many applicants and that they are continuing phone interviews and to let me know that I haven't been forgotten. In February 2016 I received a "request for further information" email. A few days later I got a call for my phone interview. The interviewer was very nice and helpful. The interview lasted about 30 minutes with a few behavioral questions, but mostly yes or no. About a week later I received an email inviting me for a face to face interview in Dallas. I called the contractor and confirmed my day and time. I leave for my interview in 8 days!

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
