Applied in December 2015...had the phone interview early January....F2F January 28, drug test February 2..after that it was the wait for the employment verification (yes it is atleast going to take 3 weeks which is nerve wrecking) after that cleared..I did my fingerprints this past Wednesday and then got the call on Friday with offer..start date March 17..and for you guys who refused this job because the salary was starting at 10.25, well the new starting salary is now 12.00 and I'm glad to be part of this great company.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
