I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX)
Interview
I applied online and from there they asked me to submit a "Why Southwest" essay. From there on I was asked to complete a phone interview and then come in for an in person interview. Everyone at HQ is very nice and does a great job of making you feel welcome. The interview is very conversational because they want to see who you really are. The entire process took 3+ months.

Question 1
What specific classes did you take that prepared you for this role?
It was a one way interview software was rlly buggy and syas you can redo the videos if you mess up but you cant :(. All behavioural basic like why southwest, why this position specifically, how does your experience, course work and involvemnet align with this position, a time you had conflict.
Lots of STAR style questions that pertain to past experiences. The interview was primarily conversation based, and not intimidating at all, would definitely recommend in any department, even if nervous.
It was quick and easy. This was the first round and more of a screening to make sure I met the same requirements that were mentioned on the application. They only asked 3 behavioral questions.
