I interviewed with Southwest in Dallas, TX. I applied last year in July 2022. I was sent a link to set up the interview virtually in October 2022. There was an issue with the link and wasn't able to move forward with them at the time. Fast Forward to July 2023, they sent a email invitation to come to Dallas, TX for a mass interview session for Flight Attendant. They have 2 reps interviewing. They asked typical STAR questions I was offered a CJO (contingent job offer) on the spot

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!

Great communication and transparency through the whole process. Everyone was very nice. Best thing to do is be friendly and outgoing to everyone. Took about 5 hours from start to finish
