Applying for Southwest is a MONTHS process. I applied in February and did not get an interview until July. Interview process was a fair two steps: phone interview and in person interview. Phone interview (20mins) will be with HR and in person will include the managers plus HR. In person interview was suppose to last 45 mins but I was out at 30 mins (usually a bad sign). I'm usually a happy go lucky person and think I mesh well with Southwest so I applied. I'm over qualify for internship position but they don't offer regular non internship positions for Accounting and Finance unless you get in as an intern so I applied. I was being myself and showed them my personality in my interview. The managers seemed to be happy with me because they laughed and smiled a lot.
