First phase is phone interviews asking about your resume and more about yourself. This lasted around 30 minutes. After a couple of weeks they will ask for an in person. At this in person interview, you will have to talk to a panel with 5-6 interviewers. They are all the heads of their respective department and each will ask questions pertaining to your preferences.
