Brought in to a panel of two recruiters and one supervisor for the job applying for. They fairly easy questions and make sure you ask questions regarding the position they appreciate the interest.
P.S. After applying for a position be prepared to wait for a response its typically 2-6months

Horrible. Cold. Nothing like what I had the impression Southwest Airlines embodied. Honestly wanted to work for this company so bad and now I will probably never even fly with them.

The interview process was grueling. The waiting game is immensely horrible. This is an easy 3-4 month process of waiting. They hire a background company to check your employment history. You can have NO GAPS in employment or they will not hire you. And you have to be able to prove it.
