I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was contacted for the phone interview fairly quick, but it was over a month before I was contacted for a F2F interview, and another 2 months before it was scheduled. I thought I did really well in the interview and was told by everyone that I looked the part and extremely professional. I was also told by one of the recruiters that I did week and should just go straight to the plane and start working! However, one week later I received an email saying "no thanks"! This was very disappointing and confusing, but I guess it wasn't meant to be.

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
