I was very disappointed in the interview process. I know many people who work at Southwest and they tell me how much they love it. They tell me all about how the employees are customer service oriented, always positive and professional. My interview was scheduled for 2:30 PM and I didn't get a call until 3:20 PM. There was no explanation or apology for being late. The recruiter called me and then added the hiring manager for the interview. When the recruiter added the hiring manager, she didn't even tell me his last name. There was no structure to the interview. and the questions were back and forth between the recruiter and hiring manager. The questions didn't have anything to do with what I knew about Southwest or why I would be good for the position. At the end of the interview I couldn't even get the hiring manager's email address to send him a thank you email. @southwestair #southwestheart
