Applied in February 2018 and heard back for a phone interview in March. After they scheduled my phone interview, I had my phone interview about a week and a half later. It lasted about 30 minutes. A series of yes and no questions. They ask you what the job description that you applied for states. Then they ask 2 situational questions. Tell about a time you went above and beyond in the workplace. Tell about a time when you took control and leadership during an emergency. After the questions, you go over your work, school and unemployment history. They confirm the periods with you and ask reasons for leaving. They also ask, why Southwest Airlines and why a flight attendant. Once all are answered and confirmed, they thank you and say you'll hear back within a week either by phone or by email. Currently waiting to hear back.
