Interview
Pretty straight forward interview process overall. It took about 2 months total after I applied, but only 1 month of contact with the company. It starts out with a 30 minute phone interview with a Campus Reach recuiter, then if you move on they fly you to Dallas for the final interview. In my case, we did a second phone interview because I live in a rural area hours from the nearest Southwest hub. This was another 30 minute phone interview with the same recruiter, and a few senior members of the teams you would be working with. Everyone was super nice throughout the process.
My interviews consisted mostly of questions about my resume and my coursework.

Interview
There was a phone interview and an in-person interview. The recruiters are very kind and mostly want to know how your past experiences prepared you for what you applied for and how your personality aligns with Southwest!

Interview
There are two stages for the interviews - one with a recruiter over the phone and one with your potential team in person in Dallas, TX. Your 'team' could be comprised of anywhere between 1 and 8 people.

Question 1
Depending on the position, they may ask you more technical questions - but they will often ask about what makes Southwest important to you, etc.

Interview
I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire interview process. The first step was a phone call interview and from there I was brought into the headquarters for an in-person interview. They made me feel extremely comfortable and it was more of a conversation than an interview.
