Very difficult stressful. W2's, phone interview, Face to face, pee test, hearing test, background check, safety test. I loved the people interviewing me. I liked them very much. Just wished I applied for a customer service job. Would have been better fit for me.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy
Southwest conducts an information session to discuss the position in detail before being invited to a one-on-one interview. The expectations of the position were laid out in a clear manner.

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
