Got a callback for my resume then was called to fly over there after 2 weeks. Flew over there and had my interview they were all really nice, but it seemed like they hadn't even read my resume because they weren't asking me questions about it. Asked me the same questions from the phone interview which was weird. Asked me why southwest so many times, but when I asked them they all said they just needed a job. Also asked me some in depth questions about the position.
