I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
I also applied in April of 2015, received a couple of e-mails asking if I was still interested. After my phone interview, I had my F2F on July 10th. Everyone that I met was kind and very friendly. I was a bit nervous with my 3 recruiters, but after a while, I noticed I started to relax. I was tested, on getting out of the wing window without touching; walking down the aisle, and sitting in the jump seat. We had a Q & A afterwards, which was very informative. I met some wonderful applicants while I was there as well. It was one of the best interviews I have ever been part of. A little over a week later, I got the call that I passed my F2F and to be looking for my e-mail for my background check. I am so excited and looking forward to the next step.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
