I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2026
Interview
The entire thing lasted maybe an hour. A group of about 30 is led into a town hall type room. They give you a presentation while every candidate gets called one by one. 1 recruiter and 1 FA.
Everyone I spoke to had hyped up the WN F2F as some uplifting “luv” event. This was not my experience. It was very underwhelming from what I was expecting. I felt I had a good interview but the FA on my panel was not very kind.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
Interview process is VERY competitive. In June 2025, over 75000 applicants were successful to apply for the position that was open for roughly one (1) hour, after crashing multiple times. It is a three step process: application, online video interview, invitation to Dallas for in-person interview.
Southwest was professional and selected great candidates from all over the USA. Not all will be hired, but are encouraged to apply again.
