      Interview

Went down to Dal for a interview for MDW I had 2 men to interview me one was the supervisor and one was the manager and one lady from the people's department. The interview went well but it was a lot of people that interviewed for this postion he said he needed 8 people but it was a process. Don't like the way things work you got finger print but you don't know weather or not you have the job. That was not mentioned but to wait for an email within 4 weeks. Which is crazy who wants to wait that long!! Lol

      Interview

Great interview and managers have positive energy, and seemed happy. The interview was very detailed and was informed on the background and room for growth with the company. They gave me a chance to introduce myself and show my character and why I would be a good fit for the role.

      Interview

I had an incredible interview experience with the recruiting staff with Southwest! I was warmly welcomed and encouraged to be myself. I learned more about the job I was applying for throughout the interview because the staff was incredibly informative. It was humbling to be able to gain more insight on the role I would possibly be taking on. Which lead me to feel a lot more prepared!
