I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied April 2015.I received two please be patient emails and then an email in February 2016 telling me to fill out a Ten year work history, references and any updates I needed to add. Then I had a phone interview. Very simple interview. The guy on the phone actually told me he was sending me on to the f2f. I had the f2f two weeks later in Dallas. It was a great interview, very comfortable and stress free. I got an email almost 3 weeks later with a TBNT. I was sad but the process was great.

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
