No clue on what they want a 6 year history in the restaurant and hospitality business doesn't get you far, a bot sends you the invitation to come in for an interview and it always seems like they are mass hiring , interviewed twice , no job , wasted my time , didn't even know I had interviewed before but seems common there , wouldn't recommend.

In person interview was short and to the point (experience, background, why do I want to work here, etc). Manager scheduled a 2nd interview for me on the spot with someone from corporate. 2nd interview was held over Zoom. We discussed my background and he asked me some basic scenario questions, like handling difficult customers, etc.
