I applied via LinkedIn but followed up with steps to email my resume and cover letter to the email in the job description. I was invited to do an interview that day and scheduled for it. After an initial phone interview, was set up for the second round which involved a mock scenario and writing prompt. The feedback of the mock scenario was not helpful but condescending. Ghosted me right after, not professional at all.
