There were 5 rounds : 1. Online Technical Test 2. Flow Chart Based Online Test 3. Group Discussion 4. HR Interview 5. Technical Interview Every round was elemination round. 1. First round consisted of 30 technical questions based on DBMS, Software Engineering, Data Structures, Programming. It was of average difficulty. 2. Second round was a Flow Chart Based Test consisted of 11 questions which were to be done in 90 min. It was the most difficult and mass elemination round. You have to write numeric value/s for each question. There were no options for any question. Only 27 students cleared the above two rounds out of about 250. 3. Third round was a GD of 10 students. Our topic was "Are Indians quality conscious, or it's just a myth". GD was of 10 min. They will judge you on several factors like communication skills, confidence, team spirit. First three rounds were held in Collge campus then they selected 9 students for Interviews. For Interviews all students have to go to their Noida office. 4. HR was very polite, the interview lasted for about 20 min. It started with questions like "Tell me something about yourself", "why sopra", "hobbies". Then she asked me that if I'm OK with the bond, any relocation, and timing shifts". 5. Final round was a Technical Interview which lasted for about 50 min. The interviewer was very good. He asked me some questions from the resume about the projects and technologies I've worked on. Then the major part of interview went on my Traininig Project. He also asked some questions from core JAVA, DBMS, DS. He also asked me to write codes of two programs. I got the LOI just after 15 min of the Interview. 7 students were selected out of 8 from our college campus.
