This company's hiring process is hopeless, struggling to even organise and arrange our first simple phone / VoIP interview. First, they don't even have your contact details, that was submitted as part of your resume & in the process of applying for the position via LinkedIn Jobs. This already demonstrated some unprofessionalism and they've lost your application for the job post. Next, there were mistakes in the LinkedIn Job post, one noticeable was the job's headline "Full Stack Developer" but with job description describing "Senior Full Stack Developer" role details. To add more confusion and doubt, they have two LinkedIn company pages, and the described incorrect advertised job is the "new senior position advertisement" (apparently the old job post was already closed, my original application was in the closed job post). Lastly, during the final LinkedIn message exchange and after pointing out the new job post incorrect details, they've decided to end the conversation and wished all the best. This company's hiring process and flow requires vast improvement & work, else you're wasting everyone's time (including yours Sonar Group).
