I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sona Asset Management (London, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
Did 4 rounds including a 'case study' following a presentation. Apart from the second round being virtual due to interviewers being in America. All other 3 are required to be on-site. I really don't see why the split of first and third round. The case study is simply ridiculous, it's not a 'case study' but the problem they want to solve and services they currently use. The presentation is required to be on-site but I was put into a room where people connected remotely and I can't see nobody but my slides. Disrespecting candidates after asking for such commitments is just shame on themselves.
Mix of technical and behavioral questions - average difficulty level across both. However Dartmouth partners are unorganized in managing interview scheduling and the meeting itself. Schedule options sent 1 day in advance with limited time slots. Interviewer was late.
