Great process for this job and I love how I was treated so kindly it's great to know someone cares about more than just another body in the chair or additional resources
fine polite agreeable questions they were nice and made funny jokes and spoke lots about themselves but were interested in my hobbies and family too. Now i need some more words to get to 30.
