Interview
It is a very short process and they basically go over the roles of the job - raising awareness, educating customers and passing out merchandise, but don't tell you they stand in front of different retail stores. They discuss the two options of pay: commission or salary (commission isn't worth it since you have to stress about how much money you have to get people to donate to you).
